Planning a wedding is fun, but can be overwhelming at times. Our advice is to enjoy each step of the process and remember the covenant you are entering as husband and wife is much more important than all the details that may come with worry or stress. God has given you a love worth celebrating and your day will be perfect no matter what. 

We've prepared this planning guide as a tool for you to reference as you plan your wedding day. It's full of details about the venue and includes tips on how to make your day as smooth as possible. We truly hope it is helpful to you.

​The following is a list of items that must be completed before you leave, unless you have paid for cleanup. To optimize your time, we recommend you assign these duties ahead of time to those who are helping afterwards. The staff at Sabrina Cedars must verify your completed checklist prior to leaving. 

  • 14 hours of venue access for single day rentals (10am - midnight) - includes decorating, ceremony, reception, and clean-up

  • 1 free hour for rehearsal

  • Building staff during event

  • Exclusive use of the venue, no other weddings that day

  • Indoor and outdoor ceremony options

  • Round and Rectangle folding tables

  • White resin chairs for up to 250 guests for outdoor use

  • Wood X back chairs for up to 200 guests for indoor use

  • Specialty tables available for cake, sign-in and gifts

  • Built-in sound system inside and outside with microphones

  • Bridal suite with antique furnishings, private restroom, seven vanity stations, and interior balcony overlooking the venue

  • Groom’s room complete with TV, comfortable furnishings, and private restroom

  • Covered pavilion that can be open air or enclosed by barn doors perfect for cocktail hour or dancing 

  • Lighted, gravel parking lot for your guests

  • Wheelchair accessible

  • Permanent bar area - licensed bartenders provided by Sabrina Cedars

  • Catering prep kitchen and ice machine

  • Open vendor policy 

  • Set up of tables and chairs for ceremony and reception

  • Use of venue for engagement or bridal portraits
